In the "Scarred yet free" collection, each piece embodies the duality of constraint and freedom, capturing the essence of resilience and transformation. Through the medium of charcoal, representing the scorched remnants of past trials, these pieces reveal the beauty and light that can arise from adversity.
The charcoal elements, dark and raw, contrast with the shimmering highlights of precious metals, stones and pearls, symbolizing the enduring light of the human spirit.

The 3 pieces have uniquely employing stone-cutting techniques with marble waste from quarries, crystals, and wood. These creations evoke a myriad of sensations: the coolness of the stone, the warmth of the wood, and the distinct heft of each piece. They command attention, grounding you in the moment with their undeniable presence—a reminder in your hands that feels like indelible marks on a timeline. This collection, aptly named "Evolution," symbolizes a journey through time. When I began this collection, Françoise Gilot was still vibrant and full of life. I had hoped to complete the pieces as a tribute to her while she was alive, but sadly, she passed away before I could finish the last one. Now, the collection stands as both a celebration of her spirit and a tribute to her enduring legacy.
